With ongoing expansion in WA, we are currently recruiting for the following personnel:

• Project Supervisor – Piping and Mechanical
• Project Supervisor – Fabrication
• Project Supervisor – Preservation (NACE Qualified)
• Fabricators/Coded Welders – Trade Qualified
• Mechanical Fitters – Trade Qualified
• Painters – Trade Qualified
• Insulators

Essential Criteria:

• Construction Induction White Card.
• 5+ Years Post Trade, with experience in the marine industry.
• Be able to complete both on site and workshop based duties.
• Hold a current WA Driver's License.
• The ability to attain a Defence Base Access.

Desirable Criteria:

• Marine defence and commercial experience.
• Ideally, knowledge with working on Royal Australian Navy Vessels.

Personal attributes and skills:

• Co-operate at all times with site management in ensuring compliance with client and company procedures and relevant legislation.
• Ensure all scope of works are completed in a safe and efficient manner.
• Identify and report safety hazards and take appropriate action.
• Possess high level of analytical ability with minimal supervision and with a high degree of autonomy.
• Be commitment to working as part of a team.
• Ability to be sufficiently flexible and resourceful to cope with the inherent load fluctuations of the occupation and work environment.
• Possess the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
