The Client / Project
Our Client is an engineering firm who specialises in electrical contracting across the Resources,Renewables and Communications industry. Their projects stretch across Australia.
The Role
Mass Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Electricians to work on the mass electrical upgrade on a military base of the Tindal RAAF Base in Katherine, NT. The project is anticipated to be 18 months work with a likelihood of spanning to 2 years. It is a standard 58hrs a week Monday - Friday 10hrs a week and Saturdays 8hrs.
Accommodation, food and travel included.
What do I need to be successful in this role?
- Demonstrated experience as an Electrician in various industrial operations.
- A National Police Clearance valid within the last 3 months.
- Possess full PPE - long hi vis, hard hat, steel cap boots.
- Ability to pass a D&A screen.
- Ability to obtain police clearance.
- Excellent work ethic combined with a faultless OH&S record.
- Physically fit / flexible attitude / ability to work well in a team.
- Two contactable referees within last 12 months of employment.
- Available to start in the new year.
- ideally someone willing to relocate or be open to a 6/1 roster
What tickets and qualifications do I need?
- Current Electrical License NT (Transfer receipt accepted)
- Current OHS white card
- High Risk License
- Birth Certificate
- LVR/CPR
- Current Drivers Licence C Class
- National Police Clearance
