Our client is a leading WA based company which provides specialised engineering, preservation and maintenance services to the Mining and Resources; Oil and Gas; Defence and Commercial Marine industries. They currently have a number of positions available for experienced Industrial Spray Painters to join the team on a temp - perm basis.
The Role
The role is workshop based near Kwinana and will involve working on a range of large industrial plant and equipment providing the following services:-
- Surface Preparation
- Coating preservation
- Coatings inspections
The role will offered on a full time basis to start with however permanent work will be offered to the right candidate.
About You
Although the role does not require a trade cert or qualification experience is essential. Workshop experience is essential and Ideally you will have worked on a range of industrial machines, equipment and structural piping within the resources industry. You must also have the following skills:-
- Proven experience industrial spraying - qualifications not essential
- Experience in setting up and using air assisted spray equipment
- Proven ability to follow OSH & Health & Safety policies
