Interface Landscapes is a Commercial Landscaping Company and an Industry Leader looking to add experienced and motivated individuals to key roles, to provide leadership onsite to our team of skilled Landscape Maintenance professionals.

The successful applicant will join our team to assist and work with the Maintenance Manager to provide leadership to our crews onsite and ensure quality presentation of our projects, whilst meeting rostering and logistical objectives.
All applicants will be required to posses the following:
Have proven minimum 3 years experience in Commercial Landscape Maintenance, preferably in a Leading Hand role.
Certificate III in Horticulture
Hold a current Industry Card (blue or white card)
Current Manual Driver's Licence and proven experience driving with trailers
Current ACDC licence
Current First Aid Certificate. (preferred)
In addition to the above, applicants will be required to work independently and show demonstrated ability to direct staff, make decisions in regards to work methods and timely delivery of completed tasks and a good understanding of all equipment relevant to landscape maintenance duties.
A solid knowledge of native plants and best practice horticultural methods is essential.
An eye for detail and highest standard of work will be necessary, as well as clear communication skills and personal presentation. Professionalism is a must.
