The Role
We currently have opportunities available in Melbourne CBD for self-motivated, reliable Cleaners. These positions will provide effective support to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the daily cleaning services.
These roles will report to the Venue Manager & Cleaning Supervisors to provide effective and efficient cleaning service that meets the quality standards and safe work practices at at Melbourne’s largest and busiest rail and bus interchanges.
Our front line staff are the face of Spotless and play a pivotal role in delivering the service commitment we have made to our clients.
These roles are Full Time for the duration of our contract with our client. Morning and Afternoon shift patterns are available.
Ideal Experience and Competencies
- Proven experience in cleaning industry
- Cheerful, willing and reliable
- Excellent client service skills
- Well-developed communication (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to prioritise and schedule work
- Ability to meet quality requirements
- Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of and complying with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) policies and procedures
