Facilities Maintenance/Project Manager - Hills District - $Neg

This organisation a leader in their industry, have a number of locations in the Hills District and Northern Suburbs.  The industry they are in is highly regulated and the properties play an integral part of their marketing strategy!  They seek the expertise of a facilities maintenance/project manager to look after all locations ensuring they are always at their optimum. 
 
Some of the duties you will be responsible for but not limited to are:

• Responsible for the WHS of various sites together with the Directors
• Liaise with the existing suppliers and trades
• Coordinate and oversee works across the various locations
• Overseeing the signage and cleanliness of the various sites
• Liaising with various landlords
• Negotiating lease agreements and ensuring these stay up to date
• Overseeing the constructions of a couple of new sites
• Keeping the business owners up to date with all of the above

For this role you will need:

• Commitment to engage and align yourself with the organisation’s standards and ethics
• A trade qualification relevant to Facilities Maintenance or Construction environment
• Proven experience in Facilities Maintenance/Project Manager
• Internal and external stakeholder management experience
• Ability to work effectively and manage competing demands and dynamic time pressures
• To have demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills
• Ability to time manage and work independently
• A current drivers licence and safe driving record, with willingness to travel between the various sites.
