About the business and the role
Our small but busy company located in the Yarra Valley is seeking a fully qualified Diesel mechanic for a leading hand position. 4th year may be considered for the right person and trained into the role.
Our company takes pride in customer satisfaction and in the quality of our work.
We work on a variety of heavy vehicles and machinery, candidates must have experience and/or the drive to learn. This is a great opportunity for 3rd and 4th years to develop highly sort after experience on a huge variety of vehicles. We perform all repairs from day to day services to engine and transmission rebuilds. Also full time vehicle for right applicant
What we're looking for
- Confident in diagnostics and problem solving
- Knowledgeable and able to work autonomously as well as in a team
- You are punctual, reliable, honest and have an eye for detail
- Able to work Full Time Monday to Friday
- On site work and brake downs are a regular service we provide so you will need to hold a current drivers licence, a HR licence would be highly regarded but not a requirement
