Ascot Air is a Brisbane based commercial HVAC business specialising in mechanical services special projects. The ideal candidate will have commercial HVAC or engineering experience, professional appearance and good business acumen.
Working along side our Projects Teams you will be the integral link between our internal procedures and project delivery, some of the major components to the job include:
- Ability to Interpret Mechanical Drawings and Specifications
- Value Add
- Manage workshop drawings and check for accuracy
- Be able to perform engineering tasks (heat load calc, static calc, Sizing etc)
- Develop and submit technical submissions for approval
- Manage Handover documents and commissioning procedures
- Working to a budget and improving margin through design efficiences
- Vet potential suppliers
- Negotiate Pricing with Suppliers and Subcontractors
- Produce and submit dilapidation reports
This Position will suit a junior professional individual who prides themselves on being accurate, highly organised and a good communicator.
