We're a boutique painting company who likes to do things differently, both in our work and our team.
We have three areas of focus.

We work primarily within the high-end residential market completing renovations, architecturally designed new builds, roof and deck restorations, plenty of wallpapering, and some niche specialty services.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a qualified (and highly proficient) Painter and Decorator, you will be required to work within a small team to complete preparation and painting works of the highest standard, on a wide range of projects. With time, you may also be asked to complete smaller projects as an individual.
You will engage with our clients whilst on site, ensuring that you are attentive to their needs and go out of your way to accommodate them.
For each project, the team will be provided with productivity targets to work towards, which if met will bring you financial rewards as a part of our Employee Benefits Program.

You will have:
- A completed Certificate III in Painting and Decorating
- A current Drivers Licence
- Your own presentable work vehicle
- A current white card (or ability to obtain one)
- A current blue card (or ability to obtain one)
Please note that a National Police Check will be completed during the application process.
REMUNERATION
- Above award and above average hourly rate
- 9.5% mandatory superannuation + 0.5% additional superannuation

- Casual employment (average of 38 hours per week) with a view to full-time permanency in the future
