About the position
As a Store Manager, you are able to manage the operation of the Store on a day to day basis, including: the supervision and direction of staff, achieving sales and gross profit targets, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to Policies and Procedures as defined by JAX Tyres, and comply with WH&S rules, regulations and procedures.
You will be able to maximise sales of Approved Products focusing on tyres, wheels, brakes, suspension and associated services by utilising the JAX Business System and associated tools to optimise customer's safety on investment.
The successful applicant will:
- Knowledge of the Tyre Industry preferred
- Be self-motivated and goal oriented to achieve JAX KPIs
- Be flexible and adaptable
- Contribute positively to the objectives of the business
- Accept and work well in a cheerful, helpful and professional culture
- Be a good team player with excellent leadership skills
- Have the ability to identify and develop new customers
- Operate effectively in a fast paced and high-pressure environment

- Comply with WH&S rules, regulations and procedures
- Possess a current valid Australian driver's licence
