Penrith Car Service is a locally owned business looking for an experienced Service Advisor / Assistant Manager. You will be an integral part of the team, providing an excellent customer service experience as the first point of contact for customers.

Our ideal applicant will need to meet the following criteria;

• A focus on providing an excellent customer service experience on every contact with customer
• High level of presentation
• Ability to communicate effectively with fellow staff and customers
• Previous experience
• The ability to achieve set KPI's on a month basis
• Effective time management
• Ability to handle high pressure situations
• Sound knowledge of motor mechanics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great attitude and ability to work in a team
• You will need a valid drivers licence and be able to drive manual and automatic vehicles

Key Duties;

• Meet and greet customers and ensure that they are attended to in a polite and timely manner
• Booking in customers and qualifying problems and logging them for our workshop to review
• Providing customer support via phone and face to face
• Ensuring cars are completed on time for guests
• Ad hoc administration duties
