About The Role
Service Stream's Energy and Water division are currently seeking a Field Supervisor to join our exciting new contract for Victorian Gas Fitting Services on behalf of our client, APA. Reporting directly to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Eastern/Southern region field based plumbers and gas fitters, whilst promoting a 'safety first' approach and driving delivery of operational KPIs . Based in Clayton South (VIC), and offered on a Maximum Term, full time basis, this position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Gas Fitter.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily tasks of field and administration staff
Coach and mentor operational staff
Lead team to deliver KPIs and quality of work according to company standards and contractual requirements
Develop and maintain strong client relationships as the key point of contact
Adhoc gas fitting services and field based investigations
Maintain, monitor and control stock and inventory arriving and departing stores
Provide excellent customer service and manage customer complaints
Promote systematic approach to Health, Safety and Environment in line with policies and procedures
Skills and Experience
Plumbing and Gas Fitter license
Prior gas fitting experience - Field Supervisory or operational experience desirable
Extensive experience in Contract, Customer and Client management
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Intermediate level IT skills (Microsoft Office suite and databases)
Strong interpersonal skills and great attitude
