As a Specialist Student Support Assistant you will support and facilitate the learning of students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities within their learning programmes and help them access further education and develop skills in preparation for adulthood. This post will include a range of learning environments; independent living skills, Maths & English, vocational training, work experience, social inclusion as well as health & wellbeing. You hold a good educational background and have relevant experience of working with people with learning difficulties and complex needs.
