We are looking for a motivated, positive person to join the Central Postgraduate Taught (PGT) Admissions Team within the Student Recruitment and Admissions Office (SRAO). As a PGT Admissions Selector you will manage selection for a specific portfolio of postgraduate taught courses across the admissions cycle, assessing PGT applications against a framework of agreed criteria.
You should be a highly organised individual with an eye for detail and experience of working in a busy environment. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to liaise professionally with a variety of stakeholders. You will need to be a good team-player but also be able to work independently.
A professional understanding of working effectively in an admissions role will be an advantage.
This post is full time (36.5 hours per week) and is being offered on a fixed term basis with an anticipated duration of 12 months, to cover the secondment of an existing member of staff.
