The University of Oxford’s Graduate Recruitment team have an exciting vacancy for a Marketing and Communications Manager with a focus on producing digital video content.

The successful applicant will join a team of six who collectively develop, implement and monitor strategies to recruit postgraduate students to the University of Oxford, as well as occasionally working for the wider Academic Administration Division (AAD).  This role specifically focusses on planning and implementing the development and publishing of video content both in-house and with external agencies on a range of subjects relating to postgraduate recruitment and the life of postgraduate students. Additionally this post provides advice on recruitment to academic departments and the wider Collegiate University, delivers recruitment presentations, and contributes to market research. You will be expected to travel within the UK and occasionally overseas.

The Graduate Recruitment team are part of the wider Graduate Admissions Office and the post holder can expect to assist in the delivery of some of the department’s wider operational objectives at points during the year.

You will have: significant professional experience in producing videos, including: planning production schedules, storyboarding, recruiting cast, writing and editing scripts, the use of camera and sound recording equipment; experience with a range of post-production and editing packages; strong interview skills and demonstrable creativity and initiative; excellent project management and organisational skills; a good educational background including a degree (or equivalent).

This is a full-time, permanent position.
