We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and talented individual to join the Department of Nursing and Community Health to help us continue to build on our success. The Department offers a range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and CPD courses in nursing and public health, and has a strong applied health focus to our research activity that is focussed in Public Health and Long Term Conditions. Our innovative and flexible learning strategies are supported by our state-of-the-art facilities and highly motivated and experienced staff.
We are currently seeking to recruit a lecturer to the Nursing and Community Health Team who have the skills and knowledge to effectively contribute to our academic undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. To apply for this post you should be educated at Masters level or equivalent, preferably with a teaching qualification, recognised by the NMC. You should have experience of involvement with nurse and/or community health education from either an academic or clinical perspective.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to teaching and learning in Higher Education, work independently and as a member of a team for the enhancement of the student experience.
