From time to time the University recruits for multiple staff in key areas on a campaign basis. The main job purpose of the Resourcing Adviser (Campaigns) is to design, implement and deliver a professional and consultative approach to campaign based recruitment. This will include managing both internal and external recruitment campaigns providing guidance and support to a range of stakeholders including candidates, recruiting managers and selection panel members as well as ensuring a consistent, accurate and transparent approach to recruitment and selection.
You will already have had recruitment and resourcing experience gained within an in house function, recruitment consultancy or similar environment with the knowledge and understanding of managing recruitment campaigns across the full recruitment lifecycle. This will include specifically candidate attraction and selection. Experience of managing volume recruitment campaigns and designing and delivering candidate selection events is strongly preferred.
