• The expansion of the presence in the Automotive market in order to gain new customers and providing them with IT services of the Company

I were responsible for the execution of the Large DMS solution implementation program in the BMW dealerships across the Russian Federation.
I managed the team of 20 people including planning, task distribution and assignment, execution control and reporting activities.

• General Program management according to the common methodologies of progect and program management, - Scope Management, Integration Management, Risk and Claim Management, Resource and Time Management, Cost, Communication Management.
• Finance health check, Revenue allocation performance (POC, ZMM methods), controlling performance

Main achievements:
• 25% of extra Gross Profit over the target at the end of 2011 year.

I managed my own company and business which provided the services of business processes (BPM) modeling and optimization based on ARIS technologies and notification. I managed the team of 5 persons.
