Are you immediately available for an exciting opportunity? I have a role based in East Tamaki for an Accounts Assistant to work within the pharmaceutical industry.  

• East Tamaki location
• Immediate start
• Varied and busy role to gain all-round experience!

You will need to have previous financial experience in working with data entry, accounts payable, bank statement coding, reconciliations and GST filing. You will bring you ‘can do’ attitude and always be up for a new challenge. Coming from a health or shared services background would be a bonus!
  
This role includes but not limited to:

• Accounts payable & receivable
• Reconciliation of P&L, balance sheet
• Maintaining monthly accounts, fixed asset register & GL.
• Filing IRD returns, coding bank statements and GST filing.
• Any other financial adhoc duties.

  
This role is a busy but challenging one and will keep you on your toes and see you working with a great bunch of people in a friendly and warm environment.
