The Opportunity

The Service Advisor you will be liasing with our customers scheduling service work and dealing with any service related queries. This role will be based at our new 11,000 square metre site home to corporate offices, a retail showroom and a parts warehouse supporting the whole of New Zealand, parts & service offices.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure prompt scheduling of appointments update of planner
  • Ensure customer / drivers sign RO to authorise repairs
  • Customer invoicing and Internal / warranty invoicing as required
  • Raising of purchase orders and liaise with Sub-contractors
  • Relief front counter operations during breaks or as required
  • Contact with customer re credit limit available / exceeded, status of repair job on a daily basis and variance to quoted price or update on repairs
  • Handle technical phone enquiry
  • Ensure technicians have completed RO information to an appropriate standard
  • Ensure vehicle is acceptable in presentation back to customer
  • Ensure all repairs are explained to customer at pick up

Requirements

  • Relevant Trade Qualification
  • Strong organisational ability
  • Sound computer skills
  • Customer service focused
  • Technical/mechanical knowledge.
