Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a finance professional to join our local shared services team supporting 4 businesses to deliver accurate, timely reporting, analysis, insights and financial support. You’ll need to be comfortable working with people across all levels of our business
About the role:
- Accurate and timely monthly reporting supported by insights and analysis
- Year-end reporting and audit completion
- Assisting with the preparation of the statutory accounts and tax returns
- Preparation and understanding of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Review and improve internal controls and on-going monitoring
- Support delivery of accurate and timely budgets and forecast with robust assumptions underpinning them
- Support fixed assets process including supporting business cases and analysis
About you:
- 5 years’ experience, preferably with some manufacturing exposure
- Proven experience in financial management
- Strong system skills
- High level of written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- A positive, willing attitude, and not scared to roll up your sleeves and get things done
- CA qualified preferred, though working towards this is also acceptable
