They are currently on the lookout for a Production Manager to plan, organise, and control processes required to manufacture their joinery products efficiently, on time, and to customer requirements.
To be successful in this role:
- Proven ability to improve systems and processes
- Trade experience is essential, ideally in all aspects of joinery
- Experienced in job scheduling
- A leader who can get staff on board with change
