With a strong commitment to continue delivering top notch levels of customer service and quality, they seek a key technical customer service person with mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of quality processes to manage through customer product quality issues and queries, including warranty claims and related investigative processes.

The role encompasses the full range of customer service responsibilities; assisting customers with sales and product information, managing telephone queries and orders, and order processing using an inhouse ERP system. You will liaise with internal technical teams and assist with sales promotions / product releases.

The role also takes a lead in being the key customer contact for all initial technical and product quality queries, processing through investigations and claim procedures, implementing corrective actions, providing strong reporting, analysis and follow-up, all with a view to enhancing the customer experience and ensuring a strong quality improvement approach. A strong mechanical understanding is a must for this role.

The position is busy, so you will need to be highly organised, good with project management and follow up, and you’ll have proven ability in a technical / mechanical products environment. You will have good verbal and written communication, together with sound exposure to customer service and quality / reverse logistics. Your positive work style and team approach sets you apart.
