The role

Based in our Dunedin branch you will have the opportunity to develop your career working with some of the best and most iconic brands and products available to the New Zealand transport industry.

As a Customer Service Rep, your focus will be to support customers and fellow team-members to ensure customer satisfaction and the achievement of the branches objectives.

You will assist customers with their parts needs, respond to enquiries, process orders and invoices, manage our internal systems and ensure accurate and timely cyclic counting.

As a sales professional, you will identify areas for upselling and offer solutions, and build long lasting relationships with our existing and new customers.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

• Mechanical knowledge or parts experience
• A strong customer service focus
• Sales skills and an ability to build customer relationships
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Competency with the Microsoft software platform
