Are you a current knife hand working in a butcher shop or a qualified butcher looking for a change of scenery or a recently graduated Apprentice wanting to be part of our busy butchery? Do you want the chance to prove your knowledge and apply your skills in a busy butchery? Can you deliver on agreed targets, and excel at consistently delivering high standards. Do you display high presentation standards, honesty and an excellent work ethic. If successful you will be responsible for assisting in ensuring the production targets for the department are met and all meat is prepared for sale as per the business guidelines / expectations.
