Farmland Foods Ltd is looking to employ an experienced Maintenance Technician at its facility in Bulls.
About us
Farmland Foods Ltd is a thriving family owned company that has been operating for over 50 years. With a team of around 100 we have grown into one of NZ's leading small goods producers with over 200 product lines all produced onsite using state of the art equipment and manufactured to the highest possible standards.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced, motivated Maintenance Technician with a "can-do" attitude to join our team to assist in maintenance and construction work. Our ideal candidate will display a high quality of workmanship, great work ethic and can work unsupervised as well as in a team environment.
Skills and experience
- Minimum of 2 years plumbing experience preferred
- Welding experience
- Industrial site experience
- Health and safety conscious
- Reliable with excellent attention to detail
- Full NZ Drivers Licence
- Great communication skills and forward-thinking
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Well presented
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Able to work to a high standard on every task
