A fantastic opportunity as a Service Manager at our Pukekohe branch has opened up.
We are looking for a customer focused, staff leader who is ready to take the next step in their career into a senior management role.
The main responsibilities for this role are:
- Motivate and lead our team of service professionals to continue the growth we are currently experiencing
- Work closely with the manufacturer’s expectations and requirements
- Measuring, monitoring and improving various Service KPIs and profitability
- Driving retail sales and identify new opportunities for growth
- Working closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure great service and sales
- Managing incoming work mix and maximising efficiency, productivity and charging efficiency
- Stepping in and resolving customer concerns when required
- Monitoring department expenses
- Driving workshop team morale, culture and leading the team
- Spearheading the growth of the business and leading the team into a new era You will be responsible for a team of 14 people including technicians and customer facing staff
- To be able to maintain and nurture the existing relationship with our brand partners
- Has a positive can-do attitude

- Ability to motivate a team to maximise performance/results
