The ideal candidate will:
- Have 3-5 years high volume payroll experience
- Have had exposure to both salary and wage payroll systems
- Be knowledgeable and up to date with the related NZ legislation
- Be accurate with an eye for detail
- Have the ability to communicate across all levels of the business
- Be proactive in identifying process improvement
- Be responsible with the ability to take a lead role in the payroll area
