The Company
Our client is a great New Zealand success story, they have recently branched out into international territory and they are currently in growth mode. Their finance team is expanding and they are looking to employ and experienced Accounts Receivable/Credit Controller at a senior level to join their team.
 
The Role
 
Reporting to the Finance Manager, who takes the time to mentor, you will enjoy a variety of duties designed to challenge and build upon your existing skills.

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:
  • Processing receipts 
  • Monitoring of debtors ledgers
  • Analysing debtors accounts
  • Reporting on debtors accounts
  • Reconciling debtors ledgers
  • Responding to telephone and written enquiries
  • Investigate variances and work through disputes both internally and externally
  • Assist with cash flow forecasting
  • Making recommendations for process improvements
  • Various project related duties as and when required 
Your Background
 
To be considered for this Senior Accounts Receivable/ Credit Controller opportunity you will have the following experience:
  • Experience working in an end to end Accounts Receivable role in a team environment for a minimum of 5 years
  • Confidently able to make debtor/collection calls
  • Ability to report and analyse debtors data  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise
  • Strong Excel skills
  • SAP experience would be an advantage
