The Dunedin City Council’s Asset and Facilities Management Group is responsible for the operations and maintenance of the City’s extensive property network. We are offering you the opportunity to grow your career in providing asset and facility management together with people leadership, for the delivery of high quality facilities in Dunedin.
You will be a highly motivated individual with asset and facility management experience, who will be responsible for ensuring the team delivers quality contracted and internally delivered services in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will need to develop and sustain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, tenants and community users, and provide a positive leadership profile for Council.
You will have good interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, be well organised, and focused on delivery of services to high professional standards.
