We are looking for experienced Property Managers who have 3+ years experience with managing their own portfolio of 70+ properties and proven success in growing a portfolio.

The role

Manage a portfolio of 90-120 properties
Liaise with landlords and tenants
Complete ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
Arrears Control
Manage Repairs & Maintenance
Conduct house inspections when required
Business development
Tribunal

The ideal candidate:

Previous Property Management experience 3+ years
A current driver's licence and car
Commitment to superior customer service

High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
