About the role:
Due to continued growth in our Litigation practice, our Wellington-based team is looking for a solicitor to join us. As the successful candidate, you will work directly with some of New Zealand's best litigation and dispute resolution lawyers on New Zealand's most significant commercial disputes.
We have an exciting opportunity working with leading litigation practitioner Daniel Kalderimis. We are looking for a solicitor with 2-4 years' experience.
You will enjoy a variety of interesting and fast paced work, and love a challenge. For this role, experience in international arbitration, international law, and insolvency litigation is an advantage.
As a Chapman Tripp lawyer, you'll be part of a social team who work closely together. You'll be exposed to challenging work, and there will be scope for you to build your practice and long-term client relationships and to advance within the firm.
Relevant Skills and Experience:
- 2-4 years PQE
- Excellent academic record
- Commercially astute and client focused
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Large Law firm experience -desired
