Our client, one of the top tier law firms in New Zealand, is looking to recruit a Legal PA for their high performing and busy RM Partner. This role would suit a high calibre PA who has a background working at a very senior level and has the confidence to deal with high end clients. Additional "must haves" for this outstanding opportunity will include:
- A high level of personal presentation
- Polished and confident in your approach and able to confidently liaise with clients
- Articulate with superior communication skills
- Proactive and comfortable making decisions
- The ability to think on your feet and be client and solutions focused
- Always delivering to a high standard will be second nature to you
- The ability to relate to people at all levels
- A true team player who takes pride in yourself and your team and the work you produce together
This is the perfect role for someone who really likes getting involved and understanding your author's work who is involved with some extremely interesting matters with well known and high end clients within the resource management/environmental area. There will be a large amount of client contact so confidence and professionalism is a must. This Partner is great to work for and will really appreciate your expertise and first class secretarial and personal assistant skills. You will carry out the usual PA tasks involved at this level and you will be required to arrange a considerable amount of travel.
