As the company continues to go from strength to strength, they wish to employ a Finance Team Leader to join their organisation. Working within the Finance & Procurement division, you will oversee the Finance & Procurement Team as well as provide high level financial support to the wider Hazlett Rural team.

About the role

This varied and exciting opportunity involves you overseeing and carrying out a range of financial service responsibilities. You will act as the interface between clients, staff and associated companies as required, ensuring that reporting is accurate and openly communicated. Your team will have responsibility for all facets of lending, including transactional and loan processing, managing credit applications and credit governance. 

About you

  • At least 3 years' work experience demonstrating exceptional knowledge of transactional and operational accounting processes
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people
  • Previous experience managing people
  • Well-developed problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail and drive to achieve results
  • Broad knowledge of the use and application of databases and accounting software
