This leading Australian national law firm is looking for a Senior Associate or Senior Solicitor to join their Sydney corporate commercial team to assist with a sustained growth in their workflows. The firm works across a range of corporate commercial matters including joint ventures, corporate restructurings, M&A transactions, capital raising and a wide range of other corporate transactions. The partners are all very well regarded senior experts in their fields, acting across a range of industries. They run friendly, collaborative and committed teams of like minded professionals striving for excellence. The clients range from huge multinational corporations, iconic Australasian corporates and smaller startups, so there's a some real variety of work and clients.
You'll need to have between five and eight years post qualification experience in corporate commercial law with a well regarded firm or firms here and/or offshore, along with the desire and ambition to succeed and thrive in the fast passed, client service driven environment of a leading Australian law firm. You'll be self motivated and able to work well both individually and as part of a larger team on major transactions. You'll have good client skills and be comfortable mentoring and supervising junior lawyers.
