We are New Zealand's largest trustee services organisation and are passionate about helping thousands of families and businesses look after what is important to them. We help our customers preserve the present and secure their future, by providing expert wills and estate administration services. We also provide specialist advice on a full range of estate planning services including; legal, financial, investment, trusts and estate protection. We have spent the last few years transforming our business to ensure we have effective tools in place that enable our employees to be a trusted advisor through the lifetimes of our customers.
About our Trustees:
Based across New Zealand, our Trustees connect with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. They help our customers manage their family assets, wills, estates and trusts in order to plan for their future. In this varied role, Associate Trustee's deal with customers face to face, generally working on 'lower complexity' files and providing administrative support to our Senior and Principal Trustees.
This is a unique opportunity that requires someone with a high level of empathy and exceptional interpersonal skills to work with our customers through, what can sometimes be a trying time.
What we need from you:
- Previous experience as a Trustee or Legal Executive would be ideal OR
- Experience in a trusts, legal, banking, finance or insurance role
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work in emotionally sensitive settings
- Exposure to basic accounting concepts would be an advantage
