Mid-tier, established CA firm looking for an Senior BAS Accountant to provide prompt, personalised and consistent service across all our accounting, business advisory and financial services. We pride ourselves on our many long-standing clients across many different industries. We have a strong client base and with your strong communication skills you will enjoy liaising and adding value to organisations and people's livelihoods.

Moore Stephens Markhams is a team orientated and energetic working environment and is seeking a focused and technically strong senior BAS accountant.

This senior position will include the following responsibilities and duties:

• Providing a broad range of business advisory services to clients including meeting compliance requirements, tax planning, cash flow management, budgeting.
• Managing work flow and completing jobs within budget.
• Building client relationships and aiming to exceed your clients' expectations.

To be successful in this role a background as follows would be an advantage:

• Over four years New Zealand CA experience, including strong cash flow reporting skills.
• A genuine interest in business and sound financial reporting skills.
• The ability to work in a team and meet goals of both the team and the firm.
• Thorough knowledge of Income Tax, GST, FBT and familiar with NZ IRD system.
• The ability to manage client relationships autonomously.
• Strong communication skills and able to articulate to both clients and the team.
