The Company:
SPUA is a cover holder for Lloyd’s of London. A cover holder is authorised to enter into contracts of insurance, and to issue insurance documentation on behalf of Certain Underwriter at Lloyds’, through one or more Lloyd’s syndicates.
The Role:
You will be responsible for providing effective client service and insurance support through all key aspects of the role, including claims, solving client queries, processing of renewals, endorsements and new business.
You will be working in a busy client focused environment, where you will be the first point of contact to the company’s clients. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing quotes and processing insurance policies and claims, so experience in the insurance industry would be an advantage however this is not essential.
About You:
We are looking for someone with initiative, top notch interpersonal and administration skills, excellent time management and the ability to provide the highest standard of client service, with a focus on quality outcomes. You must have an exceptional phone manner and proven ability to build rapport with clients.
