This newly created role will suit a self motivated, highly organised Administrator with the desire to make a difference especially in the areas promoting functions at our hospitality venues.
We are looking for a strong communicator with an eye for detail and to think outside the square!
Obviously, you will need to be technically savvy and willing and flexible to taken on a variety of tasks that the role brings as well as have ability to identify opportunities.
Reporting to the Hospitality Development Manager, you will be providing support in the areas of function bookings, co-ordinating events and liaise closely with Venue Managers, so any relevant experience in hospitality would be advantageous.
Our support office team based in New Lynn is an integral part of the business. We strive to assist venue managers with advice and assistance to help maintain and improve the operations and revenue of their sites.
