Alexandra Park is currently seeking a Gaming Cashier to work in the gaming room in the Alex Bar & Eatery.

We are looking for a competent, self -motivated person with awesome customer service skills to join our team as a Gaming Cashier.
If you have a confident, outgoing personality with common sense and the ability to work independently this could be the role for you.
It is important that all our staff deliver a quality of service to our guests so candidates must have the following:
- Excellent cash handling skills
- Desire to deliver excellent customer service & hospitality
- High degree of accuracy and confidentiality in all transactions
- Fast learner with the ability to pick up new systems
- Ability to work shift work, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays
- Strong verbal & written communication skills with a good command of English
- High standards of professionalism and grooming
- A clean police record
- Efficient and reliable with the ability to work independently
- Gaming knowledge would be an advantage
Your responsibilities will include the following during your shift:
- Opening or closing of the gaming room depending on your shift
- Handling of floats
- Gaming & jackpot pay outs
- Responsibility for all customer service within the gaming room
- Cash handling
- Cash out Eftpos transactions for all Alexandra Park clientele
- Balancing floats
- Keeping the gaming room clean and tidy
- Become familiar with and adhere to the Gaming Act 2003
- Minimum of 30 hours per week
