A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Guest Service Agent to join our fun, loyal team at Sudima Christchurch Airport for a 32 hour a week position.
Our ideal candidate will be a hospitality professional who has a passion for this exciting industry and a desire to grow their Hotel career.
As a Guest Service Agent your main priority is our guests, this is not your typical Hotel Reception role we offer a variety of duties but most importantly we encourage our team to have a high level of guest interaction.
In order to be considered for this role you must demonstrate the following:

Previous Reception experience in a med - large Hotel.

Able to work rostered shifts over a 7 day week including AM (7.00am – 3.30pm) & PM (3.00pm – 11.30pm) with the occassional night shift (11.00pm - 7.30am)

Have an excellent command of the English language, (both verbal and written)

Professional in your personal presentation and work ethic.

Have a good knowledge of Christchurch and the surrounding area.

Able to provide exceptional guest service.

Have an extraverted outgoing personality.

Have a full driver's license.
