Tourism Holdings Ltd (thl) is currently looking for full-time Detailing Manager to join the busy Auckland team. Working closely with the Back of House Operations Manager, the position focuses on the preparation and presentation of our rental vehicles to ensure the company standards are met and the customer expectations are exceeded.
As a winning candidate you would have the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a Managerial role or a Supervisor in a busy operational environment
- Experience with fleet/ vehicle management, manufacturing, housekeeping, hospitality, transport or logistics
- Knowledge of workplace Occupational Health and Safety requirements
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of Microsoft Office package
- A full and current valid driver's licence (manual motor vehicle)
Key responsibilities for the role:
- Ensure 'on time, every time' preparation of all vehicles
- Proper maintenance of all equipment and manage inventory and stock levels
- Interact seamlessly with the workshop team to ensure all required work is planned for and delivered effectively
- Manage staff and processes to company standards including attendance, recruitment, roster management, staff training and performance reviews
- Manages, coaches and motivates the housekeeping crew to ensure that high standards of work are delivered consistently
