McDonald's Masterton is imminently seeking to strengthen its shift management team, ensuring that its medium term strategic business objectives are achieved and delivered in a sustainable manner. The business has an immediate requirement for three Shift Assistant positions.
Working in a high performing team environment, and reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Shift Assistant will be directly accountable for supporting and assisting in optimizing and efficiently running the Restaurants Shifts/Primary Systems, in direct support of our shift management team.
This is an immediate start position to meet our urgent business needs.
Pre-requisites for the role are as follows;
Shift Assistant:
Minimum of; McDonald's – Crew Trainer Development Program, qualification (CTDP), and Crew Certificate in Operations (CCO), or NZ Certificate in Food & Beverage Service, Quick Service Restaurant Strand Level 3, or at least 2 year of relevant experience. A NZ tertiary qualification in business or equivalent would be advantageous, as this could lead to a management role within the organization.
Applicants will be demonstrably successful employees in a Fast Food Business environment, preferably at McDonald's at Shift Assistant Level.
Applicants must have a NZ Citizenship/Residency status, or a valid Work Permit/Visa.
This is a fulltime and permanent position, and 24/7 availability is a must. Remuneration commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered.
