Our Food and Beverage Attendants may work in one or all of our outlets which makes this an exciting opportunity to work in a diverse and changing environment.
We welcome both local and international guests to experience this unique environment with us and our aim is to build a team that can perform with poise and efficiency regardless of the volume of guests. These busy and dynamic restaurants mean that every day is different but our focus is always to greet our guests as they walk through the door with energy and enthusiasm.
What your day will look like
Each of our outlets provides a different experience for our guests but regardless of where you work for the day, you'll be the face of our dining experiences ensuring that our guests enjoy everything we have to offer.
You'll be responsible for:
- Ensuring the dining areas are ready prior to opening and throughout service
- Providing exceptional service through your knowledge and passion for our products
- Handling guest inquiries, taking accurate bookings and ensuring accurate orders for guests
- Use of our Point of Sale system, ensuring accurate transactions using both cash and EFTPOS
- Maintaining stock, food and beverage items
- Keeping the presentation of our restaurants and dining areas at a high level
- Working alongside the kitchen team to maintain a cohesive service
- Jumping feet first into the day and helping out wherever is needed
About you
Our teams live and work together so it's important that you have a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry. While experience in a Food and Beverage environment is preferred and Barista qualifications or experience an advantage, we provide training to ensure you're kept up to speed with our products, our services, our standards, and our expectations. You should be flexible with a can-do approach and looking to learn throughout your time with us. At the heart of our service, your ability to build rapport with our guests and share your knowledge and passion for the local surrounding area is the key to success.
