The Hermitage is looking for a Bar Person extraordinaire to be the face of our iconic Snowline Bar and part of a great team of Food & Beverage Attendants
We welcome both local and international guests to experience this unique environment with us and our aim is to build a team that can perform with poise and efficiency regardless of the volume of guests. Our busy and dynamic Restaurant / Bar means that every day is different, but our focus is always to greet our guests as they walk through the door with energy and enthusiasm.
To be successful in this role you will have
- Previous bar experience in a large hotel or restaurant
- Sound knowledge of NZ wine and beer
- A passion for the hospitality industry
- A high standard of personal presentation
- An energetic personality
- Strong communication skills
- General Managers Certificate or License Controller Qualification (preferred)

This is permanent, full time position and candidates should be prepared to commit for at least one year.
