Coffix are a young company who are committed to providing our customers with 100% organic fair trade coffee, healthy food at fixed prices. We specialise in takeaway beverages and food for affordable prices at locations nationwide.
You will be working in a espresso bar with a brand new San Remo machine and Mazzer grinders.
We are looking to hire an experienced barista to manage our Head Office store (on 42 Barry's Point Road in Takapuna), drive the team and be at the forefront of the Coffix movement to do good! This person needs to produce fantastic coffees and uphold Coffix's reputation for being the best. The successful applicant will be a perfectionist, not a ‘dilly-daller’, but a get in and ‘doer’ who is thirsty to progress their career in coffee.
You will oversee the day to day operation of the store, ensure that all directives of the food control plan are being followed whilst maintaining a high standard of coffee is being served.
This position is for someone who loves to train people as you will be involved in introducing new franchisees to the world of exceptional coffee, great customer service and setting them up for success to operate their own future store.
This is a full time position with a competitive hourly rate, dependent on your experience. Opening hours are Monday - Friday 7am until 4pm, no nights, no weekends.
