Pan Pacific Travel is a successful, well established and respected Inbound Operator located in Remuera, Auckland. We work on a B2B basis with travel wholesalers/operators from all around the world who send travellers to New Zealand, acting as their ground partner in New Zealand.
We are seeking:
An experienced, Inbound Travel Account Manager – European Languages
You will be a motivated consultant with at least 2 years travel reservations experience, fluent in written and oral English and several European language skills including, as a minimum, French and Spanish with at least one other such as Dutch, Italian or German. A sound knowledge of New Zealand product – possibly with domestic corporate/retail and/or wholesale experience is a prerequisite.
You'll be very focused on our global client's needs with a proven track record in managing client relationships, possess a high level of accuracy with superb attention to detail and naturally an ability to multi task,meet deadlines and display time management skills is essential. Drive, initiative, great people interface abilities and strong computer system's abilities along with a team player approach are all key attributes we seek.
This is a permanent role so you must possess either Permanent Resident status or be a New Zealand citizen. We are unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
