Melba Group is continuing to grow, and is seeking energetic, professional & career orientated Cafe Managers to join the team.
We have a position available in Auckland City.
The ideal applicants will have:
• A minimum of 2 years team leadership/management experience
• A customer focused attitude
• The proven ability to work well with others and under pressure in a busy environment
• Proven abilities on an espresso machine and a refined understanding on what makes a great coffee
• A commitment to high personal and professional standards
• A very good command of the English language
Higher tertiary education in business management is ideal, to determine a strong hospitality career focus.
This position offers approximately 40+ hours per week, including weekend work.
