We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Chef.

Must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and detailed knowledge and hands-on experience in preparing Thai cuisine in addition to the following skills:

  1. Able to plan menus and be involved in identifying shortcomings in stock and order;
  2. Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation;
  3. Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures;
  4. Maintain exceptional food safety and hygiene standards;
  5. Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulation 
  6. Freeze and preserve foods

Must be able to manage the kitchen independently and be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
