We're on the hunt for savvy Customer Experience Representatives (English Speaking) who are stargazer's at heart and want to share their passion for the southern night sky with our manuhiri (visitors).

The Earth and Sky tours involve a journey of discovery, learning and intrigue from three stargazing locations, the University of Canterbury Mt John Observatory, Cowan's Observatory and from the grounds of the iconic Church of the Good Shepherd. We have a range of tours, from short stargazing options to longer experiences with our Astronomy Guides.

We take great pride in warmly welcoming manuhiri to our experiences. Manaakitanga (hospitality) is one of the core values that drives the way we do business. As hosts, we care for our customers and our team as our own whānau.

We offer not only a unique experience for visitors, but also an awesome place to work. We currently have two permanent roles available, based in the small, rural village of Takapō.

A little bit about you

We're after someone who:

• can dazzle us with your customer service experience in a tourism operation
• plays nicely in a team
• stays cool under pressure
• is able to work shifts on weekdays, weekends and public holidays
• holding a tourism or business degree is advantageous
